Workplace Assessments

Workplace Assessments can help identify the factors that can lead to musculoskeletal injuries and provide practical ways of reducing the risk of injury whilst working at a computer workstation or office workplace.

We aim to:

  • Reduce the amount of sick leave related to work injuries. 
  • Work with you and your organisation to manage work related health issues.
  • Create a greater understanding and awareness of spinal health.
Workplace Ergonomic Assessment

This assessment includes our chiropractor providing a one on one assessment of each individual’s workstation.  Below is a guideline of each assessment.

  • Postural Assessment
  • Desk and chair height
  • Keyboard and mouse position
  • Laptop and or Monitor positioning and height
  • Organisation of workspace
  • Optimum work practices including correct sitting posture, reach posture, phone posture and the frequency of breaks.


Findings will be discussed and reported on.  Future recommendations will be made to the Human Resources Department.

Cost $300 + GST

As part of this Assessment, each employee will be entitled to a FREE Initial Consultation at our practice 337 Pacific Highway, Asquith (next door to Coles).
Including:

  • Thorough Examination
  • Biostructural/Postural Exam
  • EMG Scan
  • Computerised Foot Analysis
  • Full Spinal Digital X-Rays (if necessary)

Health Workshops

We are also available to conduct a personalised Health Workshop to your employees which will discuss Spinal health, how to avoid common work related injuries and tips on preventing Repeititive Strain Injury.
