1. Asquith Family Chiropractors does not claim to ‘cure’ or ‘treat’ any condition. Chiropractic care is designed to correct misaligned vertebrae in your spine.
2. Chiropractic care may not be an appropriate treatment option for some patients.
3. Your Chiropractor will take the time to conduct a thorough, full body assessment. This may include review of x-ray, MRI, CT scan or ultrasound) before commencing any treatment.
4. X-rays conducted if clinically indicated.
5. This introductory package is a one-time offer for new patients only at our Waitara clinic. The original value of this package was $238, now priced at $47.
